Gridmaster Energy acquires Gridmaster Solar One to expand Black-owned energy business

Michael Henry, founder, chairman and CEO of Black-owned Gridmaster Energy, acquired Gridmaster Solar One and is merging the companies. The transaction combines the businesses’ energy operations around systems that convert organic waste into diesel fuel, electricity and other outputs.
