By accessing or using the Black Refer platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Black Refer is a professional networking and business directory platform designed to connect, promote, and support Black-owned businesses and professionals. The Service includes business listings, a professional network, news content, and a marketplace (when available).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Business Listings & Claims

Business listings may be added by the platform administrators or by users. If your business is already listed, you may submit a claim for ownership. All claims are subject to verification by our team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any claim at our discretion. Providing false or misleading information when claiming a business is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and branding on the platform are the property of Black Refer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Content you submit (business descriptions, profile information) remains yours, but you grant Black Refer a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Marketplace

The Black Refer Marketplace is an invite-only feature. Access is granted at our sole discretion. Marketplace terms, including any fees or transaction policies, will be provided separately when access is granted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Refer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms
