Motseng-backed Gautrain consortium secures $540 million financing

Motseng Investment Holdings, the 100% Black-owned company led by Ipeleng Mkhari, is part of a consortium that secured R9 billion, or about $540 million, in financing for the Gautrain network. The capital will fund a 15-year upgrade and modernization program.
