Weekend Restaurant Group receives $1.5 million state grant for Friday Saturday Sunday expansion

Weekend Restaurant Group, owner of Friday Saturday Sunday, received a $1.5 million state grant to expand the Michelin-starred Philadelphia restaurant. Chef-owner Chad Williams described the project as the first minority-owned restaurant of its kind in the United States.
