Pennsylvania reports increased procurement spending with Black- and Latino-owned businesses

Pennsylvania reported $1.5 billion in spending with small, diverse and veteran-owned businesses under the Shapiro-Davis administration. Combined spending with African American-owned and Latino-owned businesses increased 21.5% between fiscal years 2022–23 and 2025–26.
