Mear Mae’s Meadow receives $10,000 grant to expand Black-owned urban farm

Davis, founder of Charleston, West Virginia’s Mear Mae’s Meadow, received a new $10,000 city grant to expand the urban farming initiative. The funding is intended to support farm infrastructure and land acquisition alongside more than $1,200 raised through a GoFundMe campaign.
