Mamor Capital raises R300 million first close for South Africa tech fund

Mamor Capital secured R300 million, or about $18.8 million, in the first close of its debut venture capital fund. The black women-owned firm plans to back post-revenue technology companies in South Africa, expanding access to institutional capital for underfunded founders.
