MACRO acquires Black-focused streaming service ALLBLK

MACRO, the media company led by Charles D. King, acquired ALLBLK from AMC Global Media on September 21, 2026. The deal gives MACRO its first direct-to-consumer streaming property and expands its footprint in Black-focused entertainment.
