Grindstone Ventures launches R500 million fund with priority for Black-owned African startups

Grindstone Ventures announced a R500 million fund on 2026-09-16 to invest in African technology companies from seed through Series A. The fund said at least 50% of its portfolio companies will be Black-owned, directly linking capital deployment to Black founder participation.
