Black Kow acquisition by ScottsMiracle-Gro expands soil amendment portfolio

ScottsMiracle-Gro said it intends to acquire the Black Kow brand after previously serving as its exclusive producer, distributor, and marketer under license. The acquisition strengthens the company’s growing media and soil amendment business, with closing expected in October.[11]
