AgDevCo Ventures invests $3 million in Ugandan agro-processor Newman Foods

AgDevCo Ventures completed a $3 million mezzanine investment in Newman Foods Limited, a Ugandan food-processing company led by Managing Director Ssegujja Nasser. The financing will expand manufacturing, increase value-added snack production, and broaden sourcing from smallholder farmers.
